It is difficult to keep track of these directories since neither is there a guarantee as to when a site will be approved, nor where it will be placed after approval. We can only make submissions to directories and do everything to ensure high approvals, but beyond this, we have no control over approvals.
To get a rough idea as to how many directories have approved your submission, you could:
Check directories randomly to search for your link
Check your email regularly as some directories do notify you via email when a submission has been approved
Check in Google using this command:
+"abc.com"<space>+directory -site:www.abc.com
Where www.abc.com is your URL.
This would give you a rough estimation of the number of web pages apart
from your own that have the word 'directory' and your URL mentioned in
them.
