As of now we do not accept sites with titles and descriptions written in languages other than English. This is because most directories are strict when it comes to accepting sites in foreign languages, and are most likely to reject these sites.
However, even if your site were a foreign language site, it would be advisable to write your titles and descriptions in English. We have observed that foreign sites that have been submitted with English titles and descriptions have had a reasonable chance of getting approved.
