To spread out or slow down the speed of your submissions: login to your account and click on the 'Submit your Sites' option. Towards the end of the page, you will find a drop-down menu to control the speed of submissions, allowing you to choose between having your site submitted over a period of 1-5 weeks. Select the speed at which you want your submissions made.
