If you are facing problems with 2CO, you could also make payments through PayPal using your credit card. Click on the 'Pay by PayPal' option; on the main home page, you will see an option that states:
Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue
Click on 'Continue' and proceed to make the payment.
