Directories send out emails usually to acknowledge a submission or to confirm the site's approval or rejection. It's a common mistake to assume that all the mails received are from the same directory since they may look similar or have the same subject line. However, they probably come from different directories that use the same software to forward these mails. Therefore, despite the subject lines being the same, each mail could be from a different directory. However, if the multiple mails are indeed from the same sender, please forward the same to us so that we can review them and delete the directories if need be.
